The REFERRAL WIZARD APP can also be used to manage and pay your account or to communicate with most departments within the company.

The home screen of the Wizard App is dominated by referral-related information and buttons, but along the bottom, we built three points of contact between us and the customer. 


CONTACT US BUTTON


The CONTACT US button takes you to another screen that lists the options you have for communicating with us. 


  • MY ACCOUNT:  
    • provides a link to make a payment by phone or on line. 
    • A button to CHAT LIVE with an account manager
    • A CLICK TO CALL button to call your account manager
    • A link to complete and submit a MISSING REFERRAL FORM
  • SUPPORT BUTTON:
    • provides a link to complete and submitt a support ticket
    • Check the status of a support ticket 

  • SERVICE BUTTON:
    • CLICK TO CALL service department
    • Submit a SERVICE CONTACT FORM
    • REQUEST SERVICE DROP OFF appointment
    • CHECK THE STATUS of a service repair
    • CLICK TO CALL FOR EMERGENCY TOW
