TRACKING YOUR REFERRALS

IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE PEOPLE YOU REFER, YOU MUST REFER THEM THROUGH THE REFFERRAL WIZARD APP. 


  1. Once a referral is submitted, THE WIZARD automatically sends you a text message confirming your referral and a text message is also sent to the person being referred. We take care of the rest. 
  2. One of our representatives will contact your referral and work with them to schedule an appointment to come in. Should that referral purchase a vehicle from any one of our dealerships, you will again receive a text message confirming the sale. 
  3. It can take between 3-5 business days for you to receive account credit for one of your SOLD REFERRALS. Once the credit has been posted to your account, you will receive another text message confirming that the credit has been applied to your account.  
  4. The HOME SCREEN gives you a snap shot of how many referrals you have, how many are neeed for the next reward, and what that reward is. 
  5. You can also click on the YOUR REFERRALS BUTTON and the wizard will show you a list of everyone you have referred, whether or not that person purchased a vehicle and if and when the reward has been applied. 


MISSING REFERRALS:


You can check the status of your referrals at any time using the REFERRAL WIZARD by clicking on the “YOUR REFERRALS” button on the home screen. 

If you feel you are missing a referral, on the home screen, click on the “CONTACT US” button, then “MY ACCOUNT”, then “INQUIRE ABOUT A MISSING REFERRAL/REWARD”. Complete and submit the requested information and a representative will look into it within 24 business hours.
